Terms of return and exchange

This document ("Terms of return and exchange") regulates the procedure for returning and exchanging products purchased on the SAPPLEX website ("Company").

### 1. General provisions

1.1. The user has the right to return or exchange the product in accordance with applicable law.

1.2. Returns and exchanges are possible only for goods of good quality, unused and stored in the original packaging.

### 2. Goods that are not subject to return

2.1. According to the law, the following are not subject to return:

- Dietary supplements and other goods belonging to the category of food products;

- Goods that have been unpacked or used;

- Products with damaged packaging (except for cases of factory defect).

### 3. Return and exchange procedure

3.1. To arrange a return or exchange, the User must contact the Company by e-mail [email protected], indicating the reason and providing a photo of the product (if necessary).

3.2. The refund is made after receiving and checking the product at the Company's warehouse.

3.3. The costs of delivering the returned product are covered by the User, unless otherwise provided by applicable law.

### 4. Refund terms

4.1. The refund is made within 7-14 business days after the Company receives the product.

4.2. The funds are returned in the same way as the payment was made.
